This is a great book ... I like the way Mia is able to get herself and move forward from her parents desires for her and her baby. Mia is a 17 years old girl , pregnant and in a difficult position when she is faced with the decision of giving her baby up for adoption. She is able to move to another state ... Even at 17 years old Mia knew she wanted her baby, if that meant losing everything in her life to keep her that is exactly what she was going to do. Being that age and leaving everything you know and doing it all alone is scary but Mia did it! Then she met Logan Tate a police officer with a big heart and a need to help her. Mia has trust issues since her family made her that way. She didnt want to trust Logan at first but Im so glad she did because he is just a great guy and loves and treats her

This book is AMAZING!!!! I can not say exactly what I want because it would be a major spoiler. Mia is a strong independent young women who is determined to make it on her own. She has a hard time with trusting but she learns she must trust sometimes. Logan Tate is a sweet alpha male who knows how to put the charm on and wants Mia and all that comes with her. I normally don't read many NA reads but the blurb for Shelter You sounded to much like a Lifetime movie for me to be able to resist. Unfortunately, the book fell flat for me. There was something that seemed almost immature about the writing and I just didn't enjoy it that much. This is the second book I've read by the author. Shelter You by Alice Montalvo Tribue is one of the best books that I have read so far this year. I enjoyed Alice's other books, but this one was phenomenal. It gripped me from the very beginning. The story was very unique and encouraging. It was one of those books that makes you want to be a better person. Seeing how these characters formed their relationships was so real and beautiful.
