Not really a 5-star book, but it gave me 5-star feelings.There's the type of drama that is a complete pain in the ass. However, this kind of love hexagon as vacillating and twisted as it is? Oh gosh. It just got better. I love this more than the first one. I love how mature Edie got, how changed people she and Dylan turned out to be in the end. It's an easy, simple and quick read, but I have to admit the first half of the book, my heart kept aching, and it was really painful because I really can feel Edie's heart breaking, so much as I can relate. The 2nd book in the series diary of a crush, this book is definitely the turning point in this series. Edie and Dylan "breaks" up and they both meet new people. At the beginning of the book Edie has pretty much everything she wanted in the first book. She and Dylan are now an official couple and she should be the happiest girl in the world but it isnt quite like that. Dylan doesnt open up to her like she wants him to and they spend most of the time kissing and nothing else. Their relationship is far from perfect and Edie wants more but Dylan isnt prepared to give her that. When the two characters disagree on what should happen, they end up breaking up.

AHH The second book of the Diary of a Crush Trilogy. I must say, I LOVE THIS BOOK! Dylan and Edie are SOO cute! And that stupid b**** Veronique, I just wanted to kill her. But my point is, Sarra Manning, she's amazing. I love her, and she's one of my favorite authors, especially since her characters are so full of life, and her words come alive right there on the page. Now, I just can't wait to read the third one. (:
