Narrative In Pursuance Of Books Ghost Killer (Ghost Seer #3)

From the bestselling author of the Celta novels and the Ghost Seer novels...

Something wicked this way comes…

When her aunt died, level-headed accountant Clare Cermak inherited a fortune—as well as a phantom dog and the power to help ghosts move on. Her new gift led her to Zach Slade, a sexy private investigator with a unique psychic gift of his own, and the man who’s slowly opening her heart. But as they work toward building a future together, a sinister threat emerges.

An evil ghost is ravaging Creede, Colorado, threatening to devour the spirit of an innocent boy. Inexperienced in facing such a powerful ghost—and knowing her spirit, too, could be ripped away—Clare still can't refuse to help. With Zach’s support she uncovers the ghost’s identity, and the ancestral weapon required to slay it. But does Clare dare to use that weapon before the ghost destroys the man she loves—and her own spirit?

Criticism About Books Ghost Killer (Ghost Seer #3)
I have read the first three books in this series. Ghost Killer is the third book. Robin Owens has come up with a fresh slant on a popular subject. Although we know it will turn out fine in the end, the twists and turns of the plots are unpredictable and they kept me reading. I love the doggie spirit guide, Enzo. Just through her dialogue Robin makes you see a big dumb faithful labrador and he is adorable. The sex got me down a little (yes, that's what I said) every time they were alone you knew

I received a print and digital copy in exchange for an honest review from Berkley. Ghost Killer was a good read, I felt it was a tad silly at times and I would have thought Ghost Redeemer or something of that nature would have suited the title better but over all I enjoyed Clare and Zach's sort of pirates/cowboys and indians sort of interaction as they found their way through all the twists and turns in the story. There were some moments I felt could have been explored better between them as a

I am just not wild about this series. I know that the three books have taken place in a period of less than a month, but the two main characters have a very strange relationship. Despite giving lip service to the urgency of the situation they have time to CONSTANTLY eat, nap, screw, eat, screw, rinse, repeat. And they really don't seem to do a lot of work regarding the resolution of the mystery. And while they seem to be stuck to each other like fly paper, they both seem to want desperately to

I enjoyed this Third Book in Ghost Seer, adding the Info on the time and Place is Good.Have to say it... Enso is a good addition in all of these books. Enjoy the stories of where and when these Ghosts come from, hoping that we learn who the Other is/Was... Like little Caden. Only thing not overjoyed with is that the time line for all of Clare's projects are so rushed since she first got her gift. Wish Zacks mom would be a little more with it.. Wondering if they will ever do something with his

Couldn't get past page 1

Claire gets word of a ghost gone bad that is targeting an innocent child who just happens to be Mrs. Flinton's grandson Caden. She and Zach head out to do what they can to help Caden which involves learning how to fight with a knife made of her ancestor's femur and how to vanquish an evil spirit. Needless to say, it does not go smoothly. According to "The Other", Claire is not learning fast enough but will not provide additional assistance to help eliminate the "ghost" that eats other ghosts.

ebookGrade: DNot a review, just my thoughts for personal reference. Spoilers.I'm not going to do the synopsis I usually do for my memory jog because, frankly, I don't care enough about this book or series to try to remember anything about it. I read pretty far into this book and was very frustrated because I had the same quibbles (actually, they were a bit more rage-inducing that quibbles) as I did with the previous books. To see if things started to get better, I skipped around 'til the end.
