Narrative Concering Books Jane Austen and the Archangel (Angels Come to Earth #1)

Until then passion had lived only on the page…

Jane Austen hasn’t written a creative word in months. She secretly fears
she may not have it in her to write a single word more about love. Yet
when the mysterious Michael Grace appears on her doorstep, she’s cast into
a world of emotion beyond even her wildest imaginings. Though she fears he
might be a spy, she enlists his help to find her friend’s fiancé, missing
in the Peninsular War. But Michael isn’t what he seems, and the passion
and doubts he ignites turn everything Jane trusts upside
down. What Jane doesn’t know is that her mystery man is an angel. One who’s never failed to get what he goes after.

Some rules just beg to be broken…

It’s not easy being a bad-boy angel and Michael is paying the penalty. Demoted to working undercover in a sleepy English village, he’s chafing to
launch the dangerous mission he’s been sent to command. But when he meets
Jane, he’s irresistibly drawn to her, even though involvement
with her could jeopardize her life and his status as an angel.

When Lucifer tries to use Jane as a pawn in his vile schemes, Michael discovers that fighting the forces of darkness is nothing compared to the challenge of telling Jane the truth. Can the angel who’s never lost a battle win the heart of a woman who’s afraid of love?

Evaluate Out Of Books Jane Austen and the Archangel (Angels Come to Earth #1)
Nicely written, but a bit boring for me. Not something i will pick up to read again.

Pamela Aares is a USA Today Bestselling, award-winning author of contemporary and historical romance novels. Her contemporary series, The Tavonesi Series, explores the lives, loves, friendships and sizzling romances of the Tavonesi family. Her popularity as a romance writer continues to grow with each new book release, so much so, that the Bay area author has drawn comparisons by reviewers to Nora

18 chapters, 1 epilogue, 165 pages of pure romance.I love this book and if i were to express all the things i have to say about it, in one word, that word would be WONDERFUL.I was not bored while reading this book and i enjoyed it. It is about the love story developing between Jane Austen (yes , that Jane Austen) and the archangel Michael (Michael Grace).Michael is sent to carry out different missions for the heavens, and this time, he is a simple letter carrier, who falls in love with Jane.Jane

I downloaded this book to my Kindle when I saw it on Facebook. I'm a huge Jane Austen fan and have also read many of the modern-day "sequels" to her books, so I thought, "What the heck?" The premise of Jane Austen getting involved with an archangel seemed creative at the very least. I figured it would either be gawdawful or quite intriguing. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Pamela Aares did a wonderful job of not only bringing Jane alive for me, but lending credulity to the story of

This was a strange book, but going by the title was it bound to be anything else. I got it as a free read on Amazon and was intrigued. Basically, it is about Jane Austen and the archangel Michael. I think it works better to read it and totally disassociate Jane Austen as being the heroine of the story and the name just being incidental. I read it as just a Regency fantasy/romance story and it worked better for me that way. I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it either. I am sort of in between.

Michael the Archangel has been punished. They sent him to a small English village because of his actions. Now he works as a letter carrier and cannot wait to be a full-time angel again. Until one day he meets Jane Austen...I have to confess that I have mixed feelings about this book. I liked it, but I did not find that it was as engaging as I had imagined. I thought that the premise was interesting and the plot very original, but it did not entirely work for me. The idea of a love story between
