Really great book, I loved this one most out of them all. I was sad to see that this is the last book in the Once series. If there was more I would definitely read them all. Totally recommend. But if you haven't read Once and Then the first two books I would read them first just so you aren't lost in this book at all.
This is a nice little book written for children so is quite short, but oh so poignant and heartbreaking. It has a similar feel to The Boy in the Striped PyjamasThe story is about a little Jewish boy called Felix looking for his Mum and Dad after the start of WWII, they have left him in an orphanage in Poland as they could see what was about to happen. He runs away to find them as he does not understand what is happening around him. His adventures are traumatic and tragic. Its hard to imagine how
If you read this book series you will imagine what the author is saying in your head because the words He uses just spark your imagination. The genre of this book is nonfiction because i mainly talks about the Nazi's and other stuff. I would recommend this book to other people because I enjoy reading them and I think everyone should enjoy reading these types of books too. But I loved his granddaughters voice too, and I really liked seeing what had happened to Felix. I did get incredibly irritated with his granddaughter Zelda at times. The kind of mistakes she makes and the ways in which she thinks seem to belong to a child

This is my story.'Then I had a plan for me and Zelda. Pretend to be someone else. Find new parents. Be safe forever. Then the Nazis came.Once I didnt know about my grandfather Felixs scary childhood. Then I found out what the Nazis did to his best friend Zelda. Now I understand why Felix does the things he does. At least hes got
